Parents after risk assessment and considering health and safety in school it has been deemed neccessary to close the school for all pupils on Tuesday 21st February between 9am and 12pm. Children should come to school as normal at 12pm and go to the assembly hall as they would each morning. Children wishing to have a school dinner from the canteen should ensure this is ordered on Monday as usual or bring their own packed lunch, those who are entitled to FSM will have a dinner provided. If your child is absent for the afternoon session please ring the school to inform us of the reason for absence as those who are off school due to issues around the strike action will have to be coded appropriately. We appreciate this will cause some disruption and encourage parents to take extra care in the car park when dropping children off as it may be exceptionally busy.
