All of the children have been preparing for our St Patrick's day event being held in school on Thursday the 16th of March. We will be having a range of entertainment including poems being read, dancing and singing. We will be providing some nice Irish Stew, Wheaten bread and other treats as a thank you to our school community who always support us so well. We will be having music by past pupils and some from Cultúrlann.
All welcome to join at 1.30pm for this fun filled afternoon, parents can take their child home at the end.
We have been taking part in lots of activities over the years to support our strive in "Going Green". Our school is currently working towards being rewarded for our hard work by applying for Green Flag status. As part of this, we are asking all our pupils and staff, to donate £1.00 for wearing GREEN on Thursday. The money will be donated to "KEEPING NORTHERN IRELAND BEAUTIFUL" as part of our ECO SCHOOLS-status.
