Dear parents
As you will know our First Communion is on Saturday 11th May 2024 at 11am. We have been practicing in school for a choir to take part in the mass for this special day. The children in the choir should be dropped off at the chapel at 10.30am and they will then go to the school after the mass together for some refreshments and cake and can be collected from the school at 12.30pm. If your child/ren will part of the choir, please return the slip sent home with your child tomorrow so we can arrange the refreshments for afterwards. This may also allow some of the parents to be available to help in the school to ensure the hall is ready for the children to come for the party after the service. Our school community is great at coming together and we really appreciate the support of our families in making these events special for everyone. Please complete the slip and return to school tomorrow. (Siblings who will be attending the First Communion can also be part of the choir but will not have to wear school uniform)
