It has long been discussed that October can be the peak month for Head Lice. This is just "heads up" that these can be something that can be found in school age children particularly and therefore we are providing some information about Head Lice to our parents. PHA Guidance is treatment for the head lice using a product from the chemist but no absence is required. It is an important part of our school rules that long hair should be tied up daily for Health and Safety reasons so please ensure that your child's hair is tied up each day.
